James Hanna is a veteran real estate agent from First Street Real Estate, Re/Max Gold in Davis. James comes from a U.S. military family and has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. James specializes in residential as well as commercial real estate within the Sacramento and Bay Area regions. James has lived in Northern California for almost his entire life and knows the area and real estate market extremely well.
In James’ earlier years, he obtained his degree from the University of California at Davis and shortly after earning his degree, he started his real estate business by working for Coldwell Banker, Doug Arnold Real Estate.
After working for Coldwell Banker for a decade, James received an opportunity to expand his career. James moved his business to First Street Real Estate, Re/Max Gold. James’ real estate office only has eight agents. The agents bring a boutique-style feeling as well as individualized service to their clients. James is personally hands-on from start to finish in any transaction with his clients. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his family, travel, BBQ, watch sports, coach high school soccer, organize golf tournaments, and of course, talk about the real estate market.
