James is a full time Real Estate Broker licensed in IL, specializing in the sale of luxury homes, residential, and investment properties in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
Having earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication from Arizona State University, James is well equipped for navigating the ins and outs of real estate transactions. Prior to his career in real estate, James was the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment at ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business for 5 years, and later transitioned into managing a lofty customer success role at a major food and beverage company, responsible for a $900MM book of generated business per year.
James currently resides in Lakeview on the 52nd floor where he gets to wake up to city and lake views of his favorite city, Chicago. Building business in his home city of Phoenix, James will be licensed in Arizona later this spring! In his spare time, you can find James exploring neighborhoods or trails on his bike, brewing beer or planning another road trip with his pup, Cash.
