JJ had a solid marketing strategy at our first meeting with him. We tried to push the limit of the market, but for a quick close needed to back off a bit. That's all part of the process and we have no complaints. He worked with the home, built in 1918, and was confident in its ability to sell itself which it did. Communication was excellent and JJ had the patience to communicate with me and my siblings while we sold our deceased mother's home. JJ is a real people person, easy to communicate with and helpful with the numerous questions we peppered him with. JJ is a local and I would encourage folks looking to buy or sell to get in contact with him.
