I chose Jim to sell my house based on his experience, his company reputation and professionalism. He had a good grip on the current market and home values in my area. I had never sold a house but needed to get mine sold to move to my new home. I had the option to use their home stager. She provided great advice to update the home without over-spending. Jim arranged for a photographer once the updates were done and the pictures made the house look great. After a week or so, we had an offer on the house for more than I had expected. Jim helped me through the settlement process and I was on my way to my new home.
My partner and I "met" Jim when we were still living in NH, searching for a home in MD. Jim helped us find a place to rent - visiting (and FaceTiming us in) prospective homes - serving as our literal eyes, ears, and nose. Once we were settled in MD, he then helped us as we started looking for a home to buy. He is patient, invested, and attentive. He advocates for the buyer and shepherds them every step of the way. We joked about what life was going to be like after Jim was no longer in our lives because he starts to feel like a member of the family. I happened to meet Jim at an open house- & what a lucky turn of events that was. He spent months patiently showing us houses, over a wide county circumference, never tiring of adroitly pointing out a property’s pro’s & cons , never tiring of us (!). He has a good eye, a very good rapor with whomever the listing agent might be (which aided in his fine negotiating at time of offer) I could not more highly recommend him as a buyer’s agent!
