Our first offer fell through. Jim worked with us to get another offer. We closed on this and are very grateful for his help and experience.

Jim is excellent at explaining the entire experience. We were trying to sell and purchase at the same time which is very difficult especially working with me who has only built my own house. Therefore, a lot of new vocabulary and explaining had to be done; and yes, Jim was very patient is explaining everything. He kept me informed at all times, every step of the way. If there was something he was not sure about, he researched it and called me back within a reasonable amount of time. Even the year before when the house was on the market and it was not moving, he did not quit or give up, he just kept making positive suggestions. This year, it sold in a day - still will to do the same amount of work to close. Thank you so much, Jim.
