Working with James was an absolute pleasure. We initially began working with him while looking for our first home. He helped us put an offer on an apparently beautiful house in West Somerville. Unfortunately, we decided to pull out due to a poor inspection. He helped us navigate the process of putting in an offer, getting it inspected and then withdrawing our offer. After that, we found an absolutely beautiful single family home in Winter Hill that met all of our needs. James helped us go in very aggressively and secured us our dream home. He was easy to work with and responsive throughout the entire process, and made buying a home much easier than we expected. We would recommend James to other first time home buyers for a great experience.
