The best realtor in the area. In such a hot market where properties are being sold almost instantly, Jim was on top of everything. A few points to highlight: ** Highly responsive and seems to prioritize you as if you were the only client ** Not obnoxiously pushy trying to close on any property and get you with their lender(If you have met realtors from Miami, you know what I am saying) ** Always looking out for your own best interest, even if that means finding more properties and creating more work for himself ** Knows what to look for, questions to ask, and is known / respected in the area (very helpful) ** Very efficient - we closed on a property in less than 35 days
