Way above and beyond!
Jim was engaged from the very beginning in every aspect of the sale of my home. My house was a big project....needed a lot of updating and preparation before it could be shown. Jim was there every step of the way guiding me through repairs, improvements and staging. Once everything was done we got the home priced just right for the current market and navigated a closing with an out of state buyer.
