It took months but Jim helped me find and secure a home to my liking. His TEAM of Phyllis and Felicia were so efficient providing me with documents I needed to help me through the selection process. Jim was beyond a pleasure to work with. Right from the beginning he went out of his way to make sure the properties I was looking at were good fits for me, and was incredibly honest and up front. There were never times I could not reach out to him and expect some form of a response within reasonable hours (and even some less than reasonable). Jim knows the areas he works in very well, and has cultivated a wonderful arrangement of professionals to help make a buyer feel like they are making the right decisions. Jim was also very good with negotiating critical repairs that needed to be done, and was able to work with the seller of my home to make this process far smoother than I imagined.
