Best in the business!! Moving from FL to Texas presented its challenges as things like different septic systems and expansion joints in bricks etc are different or not needed in FL, GA, or even CO. Additionally, it was hard for me being so far away and trying to find something. James and his team were there every step of the way answering all questions in a timely manner. I put a contract on a house without personally viewing the home. Taking the time to show a friend of mine the home and conferencing me in via Facetime, is service going the extra mile. Then making sure I could finally view the home when I arrived back in town a week before closing was more reassurance of his commitment to clients. Having dealt with the purchase process in Georgia, Florida, Colorado, and now Texas, this by far was the easiest and most professional transaction experienced. 10 stars would be a better rating.
