We’re very picky people. I know that a lot of people like to have their hands held, rattle out what they’re looking for to a realtor, then sit back and let a realtor show them a ton of properties they might be interested in. We are not those people. We wanted a specific neighborhood, price point, and style. When we approached Jim about being our realtor, we had already gone through three realtors who were very slow to respond, and hesitant to get us into listings we were interested in (and had provided to them). Jim was not like that. He got us into the listings we wanted to see in short order, and he got us in to see the house we ultimately purchased. I would like to say this was a simple, straightforward process but it was far from it because the house we wanted was a distressed property. It was a long process, fraught with numerous setbacks and delays. Throughout it all he provided us with counsel, guidance and alternatives during this entire experience without complaint. He was always genuinely willing to assist us, and whenever he lent us assistance it never felt as if we were burdening him. We would recommend him to others looking for a realtor.
