Within 24 hours, he put together a comprehensive CMA that included James personally canvassing the neighborhood to ensure accuracy. Pictures and the listing were posted promptly, and James was able to schedule 12+ showings in the first week. These showings were not necessary, as James' expert analysis priced the property correctly and I had accepted an offer within 48 hours of posting. The contract period had it's hiccups (as always), but James professionally resolved the situation. May I also mention, James facilitated this entire process while I lived across the country!
