We started our beach house hunt OnLine as most folks probably do. Real Estate agent Nick Deslonde was the 1st realtor to contact us and he turned out to be a perfect fit for our search. Before we made the trip to 30-A to actually look at houses, Nick talked with us on the phone several times asking our likes & dislikes in a beach house, priority list for amenities, areas, size, lifestyle, etc. So by the time we met Nick, he was well versed in what we were searching for. Nick was always very professional but very friendly and comfortable to work with. His knowledge of the market was a tremendous help for us. We don't live in Florida, and eventho we have vacationed in the 30-A area for many years, there were still many things we did not know about the different areas. Nick helped us navigate our search with great information & guideance. When we decided on a house, he walked us through the process of offering and negotiating. And when price was agreed up, Nick helped us through all the details leading up to the closing. A true professional and Nice Guy. I would highly recommend Nick Deslonde.
