Jim was so accommodating when I went to sell my house. He went above and beyond to make sure my house was secured when I was away. I didn’t have a lot of showings, but it only takes one! Got full asking price for my house. There were some stipulations in the offer. Jim helped me resolve them quickly. He put me in touch with the *BEST* handyman to correct some small deficiencies. It took a little longer to sell the house than I expected (6weeks instead of the 30 days I was hoping for). But my house was unique in that it was completely set up for handicapped. My buyer was looking for exactly that. I would recommend Jim highly because of his caring attitude and willingness to reassure me me when I became nervous. He helped me through the closing process when I was more focused on selling my excess furniture and packing to move. He is a great realtor!

Jim bent over backwards to meet my every single need. He would, at a moments notice explore countless properties that became available in this crazy real estate market. Jim even went to the extent of bringing in a plumber and an electrician for estimates to hook up a washer and dryer(the place that I ended up Not buying). Jim never said no I can’t do that….. I live in Wisconsin and wanted a place to live and be closer to my children, thus said, my entire transaction was completed with technology. Face time, texts, and emails! Not your ordinary situation and Jim handled it seamlessly!
