I highly recommend James D. Smith, he helped me purchase my first ever home using my GI Bill. He has an amazing program for first responders, veterans and active service members. James was truly amazing, he explained the process, streamlined the services and was very patient and understanding with my hectic schedule. I never had any issues viewing properties, and some of them I even requested several viewings for the same property. He was very knowledgeable of the area, well respected professional with many connections in the area. My entire process from obtaining pre-approval to final closing was very smooth. I highly recommend and if I'm ever in the market whether it's buying or selling I will not hesitate to call him again!
