James is an excellent real estate agent and we couldn't have been happier working with him. He went above and beyond to find us our dream home. He quickly learned what we were looking for in a house and would send us great matches based on our criteria without us having to sort through ones we didn't like. He kindly answered all questions we had, and would make sure to get back to us on specific questions regarding a house that he was unsure on. He was extremely responsive and flexible to our schedule. Always professional and kind to my family. Very easy going guy but still able to negotiate a great deal for us in the end! We loved working with him and would highly recommend him.
