Compassionate Professional

Jim is a potent mixture of professionalism as well as being personable. I’m writing this review as power of attorney for my mom who has dementia and Alzheimer’s. I am the primary individual with whom he worked to sell her house. We first reached out to Jim a couple of years ago, but mom wasn’t ready to sell. Jim saw that and encouraged her to take her time in making her decision. As her condition progressed, I took over as lead in the transaction. Jim was kind and caring and compassionate with mom. Always sitting down next to her to speak with her, and not at or to her. He was also mindful of the stress of such a move to her, and us her family. It was a big change in all of our lives. We had to be patient. Eventually, the right offer came in, which was as good as we could have imagined. I’m grateful for personable professionals, like Jim, and would recommend him to anyone.
