Jim is an extremely attentive real estate professional. Jim helped us sell our home in Highland Park. He went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that our home was being marketed broadly. He set up multiple open houses and brokers open houses and reached out to his network of realtors in the suburbs and in the city to look for potential buyers. Even though the market was tough while we had our home listed, Jim helped us secure a deal within 2 ½ months. During the negotiation and contract process Jim was extremely involved and gave us great advice on counter offers and other negotiation tactics. He was present at the appraisal and offered great comparable sales insight to the appraiser. He continued to be in contact with us and our buyer’s realtor throughout the escrow process to ensure that our closing happened smoothly. I highly recommend Jim for his real estate expertise on the North Shore.
