We listed a house with James and had a contract in about 3 weeks. Before the closing, the house was vandalized. When he called to let us know, he offered to help do whatever we needed. After being vandalized, we assumed the buyers would no longer want to purchase the house. James was very professional. He communicated with us and the buyers and kept the house sold.
