After being let down and dissapointed in this crazy real estate market I decided to go with a new lender and realtor. The new lender recommended James and we went to work right away. He was always on time meeting at the propertys and very responsive. Some day's even with a late notice he would still make it happen. With the market being like it is he didn't want to waste anytime.
