It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial for James Blue, Realtor Broker. I could not be more pleased with his services. James did an amazing job in reviewing my home and taking all my information fairly and accurately. From the very beginning to the very end the process was made easy, fairly and ran seamlessly for me. He was everything and more that I personally could want in a realtor. He was kind, very knowledgeable and helpful, informative, honest and he LISTENED to what I needed and wanted out of the sale of my property of 33 years. It was very important to me that it all happens quickly, fairly and smoothly. Those were the exact experiences that happened for me. I always felt that James listened to what my needs and requests were and that he always had my best interest at heart when it came to all my requests. These things were very important to me. I have RAVED many times to ALL my FRIENDS on how wonderful my experience was with James Blue. The process went quickly and closing occurred in about 3 weeks from when my contract was signed. Closing was also a good experience as well. I worked with once again a lovely escrow officer and she also listened to my needs and made herself available to all of my questions and concerns. I am now comfortably settled back in my home in Arizona, with my daughter and grandchildren. I look back on that time, as HAPPY and not anywhere as STRESSFUL as I thought it would be. James Blue was by far one of the very best decisions that I ever made this year.
