Jim was excellent to work with. He knows Vegas, Summerlin, and Sun City very well. I was selling remotely and he took care of everything, including arranging for contractors to carry out repairs on the roof, hvac, and the like. He has a good network of resources to draw from and my parents have used Jim to sell homes as well over the years. Trustworthy and reliable.
