Jim recently helped us sell our property in Torrance, CA. We found him through a referral from a notary and were impressed by his knowledge of current market conditions and his commitment to following up with us as we prepared our house to go on the market. The asking price he helped us choose for our home was spot on and he was very transparent with us during the negotiations as we decided on the best offer to accept. We were grateful to have a highly-qualified agent guiding us through the process! Jim is personable, confident, and has the connections necessary to get the job done. Jim was a great choice for our family and we highly recommend his services.

Jim helped me purchase my new home seamlessly. He set up 3 prospective homes to view and nailed it with the last house of the day. He quickly negotiated the deal, including a counter offer that helped us win the home in the end. I never wondered what was happening or what I needed to do next, Jim (and his team) took care of every detail for us and they were always in constant communication.

Jim helped us sell and buy our new home. He worked around the clock to get us into the area where we wanted to live. Jim is true expert in his field of work and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase a home. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your profession.
