We live out of state so communication during the real estate transaction was very important. Jim was always available via text or phone when I reached out. He was also very knowledgeable of the area!

Jim was always keeping me updated on all developments during the selling process and went over and above in marketing our home. He kept me constantly updated on market trends and kept our listing fresh with new photos and descriptions.
