James and Cris were very nice but the process was beyond clunky and we had way too many clerical hiccups before having to concede unexpected funds near the end and being rushed out of the condo for the new owners. It was a pretty stressful experience; especially with a 1-year-old child and 2 new parents trying to juggle childcare with shifting hours. When we have to sacrifice time away from making money, things need to be in order. I think attention to detail as well as a more streamlined/1-day approach to signing paperwork rather than random documents on random days and times would have been an excellent way to approach the process. We love our new home, but couldn't help but feel rushed out and into a new property.
