James did a great job selling the home.

James offered great advice and was very pro- active in the sales process. He advised us on how to present and prepare the property and he assisted us at every step. He took on activities without us having to ask him. When multiple offers came in, he counseled us on the pros and cons of each offer. He asked for our input, and his final advice seemed to be the key to a successful sale. He was always available and kept us up to date at every step. I would highly recommend him and any seller would be fortunate to have him/her as his/her agent.
