James was a complete professional who was by my side every step of the way. He knew my likes and dislikes and offered suggestions on how houses could be remodeled to fit my tastes and needs. He attended every open house with me, my inspection, as well as my closing. He was in constant communication with me during the negotiation process and made me feel like I had a true ally.
