As a first time homebuyer, Jim was extremely helpful in making sure that my boyfriend and I were always taken care of. When we decided to work with Jim, he was always providing us with updated listings, and really seemed to quickly know what we were looking for. When COVID hit the area, the typical buying process was, of course, completely eliminated. With all of these challenges, Jim made sure that our pursuit of our (soon to be) home was not compromised. Along the way, Jim not only continued to show genuine care for the well-being of my boyfriend and I, but he is now a friend. What I find most important is that Jim created an atmosphere that allowed for me to ask any and as many questions as I wanted. Due to COVID, we had to go about this process in new ways. I felt very comfortable in trusting Jim with communicating to the sellers team and work with our lawyer and lender during negotiations to make sure I had all of the protections and considerations that were due to us as buyers.
