We reached Jamaica or Jay for short last 2020 expressing our intentions in buying our first home. Fast forward to 2022, our journey began as future homeowners. All throughout, Jay has been very hands on. Her knowledge of the real estate market is topnotch. She answered our question thoroughly and clearly. She was available 24/7, getting back to us when we had concerns, offering her car to drive us to view listings, and even making us feel safe in the aspects outside of real estate. She is awesome in following up and giving us constant updates in regards to our search and ultimately our transaction at the end. She is the kind of agent that even if she won't know the answer to a question at first, she will do everything she can to find the answer and get back to us promptly. Jay was with us until the end giving us guidance in all aspects of the transaction. To be honest we wouldn't have done it without her dedication, passion and commitment. We will be forever thankful to have met an agent like her and in the future we know that we will want to do business with her. She is our agent for life.
