I had originally had another realtor, but when she got sick with covid, Jakki stepped right in to help. The two of them both became my contacts and would alternate taking me to see condos. We went out multiple weekends and Jakki was always on time, super nice, and had good advice. It never felt as though I was being pressured or rushed into a decision. I found a great condo and I'm set to move into it in 12 days! I can't wait to make a home out of the place Jakki helped me find.
