Jake knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his clients. He is always available, extremely responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. Working with him has been an excellent experience, and I would recommend him without hesitation. We are clients for life!

Jake was very responsive and communicated every step clearly and concisely. A smooth process all around. We are excited about our property. Thanks jake

An agent can be someone who fills in blanks on a contract or someone who gives you confidence and more than you’re asking for when closing a deal and Jake is the latter. He handles the duties that come with buying a property to allow you to focus on the property itself and if it’s a right fit for you, whether it’s a personal residence or investment property. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable when buying a property and works hard to get his clients the most favorable deal. 10/10 recommend
