Jake McFrederick helped us purchase our new home. He went above and beyond. He even helped us evenings when he wasn't in the office. We are very pleased with his with our experience and would definitely recommend him!

Jake knows his stuff end of story, and knows this community like the back of his hand. He served more as an advisor than a salesman provided a lot of good suggestions and challenged me to make sure I was making the best decision with my money on my first investment property! Was a great experience.
