Jake went above and beyond his role of realtor in the sale of our house! We had hail damage after accepting an offer and it created a nightmare for the buyer's lender. Jake aggressively followed up and demanded answers from the other side to ensure we would be able to close. Jake also helped us in buying a new home. He was always available and always happy to give his honest opinion when we asked him. It's very rare to find someone as nice, well-rounded and knowledgeable. Jake sold my townhouse in a very saturated market quickly. He was calm throughout the whole process and really put me at ease.
