These guys are responsive, easy-going, and professional if you like that sort of thing. In today's world where customer service is a cliche, we'd grown used to terrible service. We were a bit taken back by how important The Brand made us feel. They acted as if we were their only clients and our satisfaction was paramount to their success. Bizarre I know. They were knowledgeable on every level and never pushed us. They helped us find, brokers, underwriters, inspectors, and were present every step of the way in every transaction. We ended up using them as a referring agent in Atlanta twice, our buyers' agent in Chattanooga, and our sellers' agent in Rossville. Warning; if you like being treated poorly or as if your business doesn't matter this is not the team for you. They really go above and beyond to treat their clients as if they are their wage makers, it's weird and kinda cool to know these characteristics still exist even in 2020's market.
