Jake Hinson……… we’d need a book for our experience. My now wife and I COULD not recommend a better realtor! This will be the third home I have bought and this is the best experience I have had with a realtor. I thought my last realtor was the best and don’t get me wrong he was great but Jake and his team exceed all expectations and went above the 5 star rating I can provide. My wife and I looked for our home for over a year with Jake, he showed us countless homes and sometimes the same one multiple times while compensating our insane schedules. He would work all hours of the day and from any country while he was on vacation and taking care of personal matters. In his absence there was never a time his team didn’t step up and treat us as their top priority in his place. Then when we found our home there were some unfortunate events that led to the deal not working out but while out of town ourselves he reach out to us and had the deal back on weeks later. To go beyond that we closed only one day after the original closing date through his relationships he has built in the industry making dreams come true! Let’s add the fact that I know I’m in no way an easiest client either ! Thank you Jake and thank you to those that worked with him to bring us to our home tor grow our boys in!
