The process of buying one's first house is daunting to say the least, but Jake's easygoing attitude made the experience fun and enjoyable! There was absolutely no pressure from him to submit offers on houses that did not feel right, despite the crazy market, and he gave suggestions that would increase the likelihood of getting an offer accepted without pushing the limits of a comfortable offer amount. It took me quite a lot of shopping around to find the home I was looking for; Jake was always patient through the whole process. He was able to answer all of my questions; if he did not know the answer immediately he would find out. I am very happy to have purchased my first home through Jake! Thank you!
