Jake was and still is always accessible at the office, with a phone call or willing to come to me if needed. Ready to help physically with improvements on the house or good advice. If he didn't have the answer to my question wasn't reluctant to say so and knew how and where to get an answer. His knowledge is impressive and trusted his responses. Never felt forced into decisions that had to be made and gave all options for me to make the best one. Has good connection and relations with the other agents. If the need arises to sell again will specifically request him.
