Jake did an excellent job of keeping us posted on updates during process of the sale. He used his skills to find vendors that was able to fix issues on the house, he'd contact vendors with reasonable pricing without spending too much. His main focus was to get us the best buyer, make a deal so both parties agree to the terms of the sale. Jake is a good guy, we were happy how quickly the process of the sale took.
