Let me start by saying that my wife and I have a very complicated schedule. We both work night shifts, she is a nurse at the hospital and I am in operations with Amazon. To top it off things really ramped up given the Covid-19 pandemic. Jake here was a champion through it all. He was very flexible with us given that we operate when he is normally sleeping. His communication was fantastic. He replied to our calls, texts, and emails in a very timely and informative manner. In fact, we didn’t have to chase him down, or check in, to get the answers we needed because he did such a great job relaying information. When it came to viewing potential homes he scheduled us very quickly as fast as same day. He was great at talking us through the aspects of the home that matched the profile we developed together, where it did not and was very transparent if the home had needed an TLC or “work” to do. Jake also was comfortable taking us all over the Indy metro area including Irvington, Meridian Kessler, Carmel, Broad ripple and Fishers. Jake was able to get us a showing of the home we ended up purchasing just hours after it hit the market. We were the First to see the home but not the first offer it was so competitive but with his guidance and negotiating skills we were able to seal the deal on our very first family home! He was very proactive about closing our deal quickly helping us with the Mortgage lender, appraisal, inspection, and repairs prior to closing.
