We initally spoke with Jaime in preparation for selling our home. When she came to view the house it was blatantly obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. Her questions to us were on point and it was so obvious to us she knew the market. Her appraisal was perfect. Once we found our new home ( we were moving out of the area) and contacted her she went into action straight away. Pictures taken, house listed and buyers ready to come and view. I must point out this was exactly when the current pandenic was hitting in. We had beacuse of Jaime’s expertise buyers immediately. Jaime was a true professional throughout these difficult times.
