I haven't bought a new house in over 30 years, so this was very much a new experience for us. Jaime listenend to our wish list and found many properties for us to consider. He knows that you have to move quickly on houses that you might be interested in seeing and would arrange showings fast. Once we found our house, Jaime really worked on our behalf and was able to lower the cost significantly, even more than we hoped for. He also made sure that a couple of repairs were made after the inspection was performed. I think we would have been OK if they were not done, but Jaime made sure they were taken care of. Finally, Jaime stays in touch throughout the process and lets you know how where things stand with frequent calls, texts, and emails. I highly recommend Jaime Salgado.
