We choose Jaime because of a previous working relationship. We knew her positive attitude, professionalism, honesty and work ethic would work to our advantage when it came to representing us when selling our home. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with the results of the sale and Jamie's performance and knowledge. Jaime gave advice on how to prepare our home for showing so that its bests features were showcased. She also brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to highlight our home online, which created lots of foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Jaime was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along (despite an uncooperative buyer's agent), kept us up to date and was able to pull professionals out of the air to address any issues or repairs that came up during inspections. When the closing came down to the wire and almost fell apart, Jaime came to bat for us and put her own commission on the line in order to get the closing done. She was always available to answer our questions. She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience with Jaime!
