What the title translates to is this: No matter the parameters that you place on your search for a home. Jamie will find what you’re looking for! There I was, 2 years ago, just another guy paying rent in Denver’s extremely frenetic real estate market. Not know yet slightest about the home buying process, I proceed to adopt a pessimistic attitude in relation to owning my first home. Over time, however, Jaime was finding me those condos that I thought were unattainable. My pessimistic attitude started to dissipate, and I am now 2 months into owning my own condo. I couldn’t have done it without the perseverance of Jaime walking me through this entire process. In closing, you can’t go wrong with Jaime (and his wife Melissa) in your court. They WILL find a home for you. All you need is a little patience, and communication.

Started looking on line from Fla.Jamie gave us info . We came to Denver 9 mos later and Jamie showed all we were interested in almost 3weeks. Probably 40 homes. When we found what we wanted he advised on our offer and negotiating. We purchased a very nice home. No bidding war.. rare in Denver market. Thanks to Jamie’s knowledge of market.
