We were long distance buyers and Jaime stayed in constant communication and made the process easy. Jaime met contractors at the house for us which was fantastic as this little place is going to need some help. Also set us up with great closing agent just minutes from the house. She made buying and closing on our little cottage the easiest part of it.
Jaime is above most realtors. I interviewed 3 realtors before listing with high ratings but Jaime beat them all....she brought comps, explained the market & really knew her stuff. She was always available to answer questions. Intelligence, personality & beauty rolled into one...
Jaime was a complete professional in our transaction. She was communicative throughout the entire duration explaining every step of the way from start to finish. I value honesty and communication in business transactions whether the news is good or bad and Jaime is a straight shooter. I highly recommend Jaime and her team to those who value professionalism, communication, and a positive attitude.
Jaime was and is always very responsive, she walked us through the whole process from across the country as we were buying from out of state. Outstanding professionalism throughout the whole process.
We were remote buyers needing service and expertise and we were given Jaime's name from a close friend in Fairhope. Jaime was professional, fact based and timely with updates meeting all requirements to make a successful transaction. Thank you Jaime for all your support and we look forward to being in Fairhope for our vacation house!
From start to finish—including an 11th hour/59th minute touch up—Jaime made it all happen. She’s focused, knowledgeable, & indefatigable: everything one needs in an estate agent.
Again, used Jaime to sell our home and she outdid herself once again! Thank you for everything!!!!
Jaime did an outstanding job keeping us informed throughout the process of finding our first rental property. She is very knowledgeable about the area and all the ins and outs of real estate. We will definitely use her again in the purchase of future rental priorities.
Karly was exceptional and knowledgeable. She assisted us thru the whole process and make it very simple. Thank you.
Whether you are buying or selling, look no further! Jaime and her team are the ONLY choice. Jaime is very professional, courteous, knowledgable, is always very prompt with responses and is a true advocate for her clients throughout the entire process. She has a great can-get-it-done attitude and always has a smile! Best in the business!
We knew that Jaime was very familiar with the entire area and the uniqueness of our home and street. This was extremely important in selecting an agent. We knew there would be many people who were just curious about our home, but Jaime always brought qualified buyers to the table. She really took the time to explain to us what to expect. It's not every day that you put your home on the market, so having someone to walk us thru the process was a great comfort. Jaime assisted us with preparing our home for the market and for each and every showing. Since my wife works from home, Jaime was always courteous with advance notice on showings and was considerate in working around days we for some reason could not have a showing. Without question I would recommend Jaime to anyone seeking to sell their home!
Jaime Cooper and her team are truly the best of the best. Jaime is energetic, hard working, and knowledgeable. She answered any and all questions we had during the process of selling our home. Jaime's team went above and beyond in giving us helpful tips before selling, hosting open houses, and guiding us smoothly through negotiations with potential buyers. We would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
