We had been planning to sell our weekend cabin in Running Springs for about a year. In April, we listed the cabin with Jaime. We are so glad we did! Jaime worked around our schedule and was very responsive and fun to work with. She provided input on how to prepare the cabin for sale and helped secure all county requirements. Her suggestions and support paid off. Our cabin was only on the market for 20 days! And we closed early on a 30 day escrow – in 25 days! After meeting and talking with Jaime about what I was looking for in a home she emailed available homes in the area within my price range and criteria we discussed. Setting up the initial house hunt was easy, we spent a few hours looking at homes. Jaime's very knowledgeable about the area and made suggestions based on my wants and needs. When ready to make an offer she negotiated everything from start to finish keeping my best interest in mind. When assistance was needed Jaime was there, updates on the escrow process, check in’s, and she always answered every question quickly. The whole buying process was easy, stress free, and escrow closed flawlessly. On closing day Jaime welcomed me to my new home with a card and gift basket from local shops. Can’t say enough about her, HIGHLY recommend Jaime to anyone looking for a great agent.

My boyfriend and I were first-time homebuyers and though we had a baseline of knowledge about the process and what to expect, there was a lot we didn't realize we didn't know. Jaime was very patient with us and helped answer questions both about individual properties and the process as a whole. Our parents said it was important to find a real estate agent that we felt we could trust, and we felt that way with Jaime! She's an excellent communicator that will keep you in the loop, and we felt she advocated for us and worked around our very weird schedules. When everything was done, she even left us a lovely little welcome basket, too! If we ever think about selling down the line and/or buying again in this area, we will definitely go to her first!

We interviewed a few area realtors to sell my parents house and Jaime was the star!🌟 Jaime had the comps of homes in our neighborhood and the price was right! She had her list of repair and restoration specialists to come over to paint, clean up yard and help get rid of trash!! Before the open house she had her cleaning crew come by and they made the house look great! After one major open house weekend she found a buyer within 15 days!🎉🎉🎉 Since I live out of state she kept me updated throughout the process! Feels so good that we found Jaime to sell my parents house in a timely manner!
