I’m living in another state. The whole process of selling my lot was handled via email, text and a few phone calls. I didn’t want to use the 3rd party software for signing, so I was emailed PDFs, which I printed signed and initialed scanned back in and mailed back. More importantly, he provided me with an estimated value for the property, handled title, escrow and finally I saw a check deposited to my bank account—no muss, no fuss.
