We have been living in Illinois and started looking for a house around Berkeley about 4 years ago. A friend introduced Jaima to us. Jaima is wonderful! I was working with a teeny tiny budget and with Jaima I was never self conscious or felt like i had to compromise my standards. Jaima helped us buy a house, then quickly sell our old house in Fall 2012. We had a very aggressive timeline to try to sell our house ASAP and Jaima worked with us to make it happen. From the time the moving trucks showed up at our old house to the time we were in contract with a buyer was less than 4 weeks. She helped us navigate through many difficult and complex decisions, and was patient throughout the whole process. She never pressured us and just has an air of honesty that seems rare in real estate, as well as good judgment and people skills. She was willing to work around our busy schedule, hold the baby as needed, and even helped weed our yard as part of the prep getting our house ready to sell. Jaima worked hard to sell our parents' house for a good price. She recommended what repairs were really necessary to get the best value for our money. She knew how to market our house well even with the real estate slump. Even though I live out of state, Jaima took the time to make sure ALL the necessary paperwork was sent to me on schedule, and to give detailed answers to any questions I had. She even waited at the house to meet shipping company personnel that were shipping some family antiques to me. She cheerfully did all this with the highest standards of integrity.
