Jaida helped the reviewer buy this property

The best agent around!

Jaida from the beginning was nothing short of amazing! She was very thorough when we first began the process, listening to our wants, but also setting our expectations. Jaida did a great job going through the pros and cons of each home and what we can anticipate since we were first time home buyers with a stringent program. Once we locked in on a house, Jaida automatically got the process rolling with our mortgage broker and we were able to have an offer accepted within a day! Our process from acceptance to closing was surely a long and tough one, but without Jaida’s reassurance, we would not have had our anxieties at ease. Every communication she had with the seller, she shared with us. Her dedication to getting us the best deal is unmatched, truly treating this as if it was her own home. Countless messages and calls to the seller, Jaida did it all. She was going to ensure we were covered. She has a great team with her, with her inspector and attorney, to which we felt comfortable and very happy with both. Even after closing, Jaida has communications with us and other parties to ensure items are taken care of. We are beyond thankful and could not express our gratitude enough to Jaida. Jaida is a buyer’s dream and she will bring nothing but excellence to the process! We are now in a home that we can grow into thanks to Jaida and her efforts!
