Jagtar (Jack) is friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and very professional realtor who has great integrity and passionfor what he does. He is very reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in market to buy or sell home. Jack is also an awesome rental property manager as well. Jack is also very resourceful and knows everyonr from cleaning lady to roofer, plumber, electricians, flooring guy, painter, handyman and you name it. If there's a project you need to get done, most likely Jack knows someone that he can recommend to get job done well. We met Jack in 2017 when we were renting. He was managing that rental property. We had great experience while renting, so when we decided to buy our home, we decided to hire Jack to represent us. In 2018 we bought our 1st home in California and Jack was our Realtor. In 2022 we decide to sell that house and buy another house. Again, we chose Jack for this transaction as well which was very complicated. There were so many issues with buyer and we were able to patiently get through it all with Jack being on our side. So far we've had 3 transaction with Jack and we are very pleased. Now we are in market to buy rental property and ofcourse Jack will be the one representing us. Thank you Jack. You are a great friend and an awesome person.
