Purchase of elderly mother's home

We purchased my elderly mom's home so she didn't have a payment or get taken advantage of by the reverse mortgage company. Jay was kind, thoughtful and patient as well as extremely professional explaining to my mom the process as we went along. We would recommend him to anyone purchasing or selling a home!!!
